Typically, our projects are structured in three phases:

• Preliminary diagnosis - We evaluate our clients' proposals in relation to the strategic goals of their company - we analyse their existing audience and also review content and usability, enabling us to move forward from a secure starting point.
• Defining the blueprint - We design a product or service online: its architecture, its content, its communication methodology, its prototyping and other key aspects. This phase ensures a well-focused outcome that complements the client’s organisational requirements.
• Construction of the portal or information service – to which we devote all of of our resources, experience and expertise.
